Airey & Coles

Airey and Coles is a privately owned practice, offering civil and structural engineering design services for the development, construction and property sectors.

Established in 1973 by Clifford Airey and Michael Coles with an ethos of providing high quality design and excellent client focused services, the practice has grown from its humble beginnings and continues to operate under the same core values as it approaches its 6th decade of continuous operation. The practice remains a partnership and currently has three partners; Bradley Coles, Garry Mason and Robert Smith.

At Airey & Coles, we understand that designing buildings can sometimes be a difficult and complex process, so we have the experience and expertise to assist with every step of the journey.

Airey and Coles has always invested in developing and nurturing local talent. This runs through our ethos and the organic way our business has developed and grown over the past 50 years. We invest in apprenticeships and graduate training programmes and now see a tangible link to the work being done by the team at Building Plymouth.

As such we are thrilled to be able to contribute to help inspire the future generation and look forward to bringing some great ideas and initiatives to our partnership with Building Plymouth and the wider local Construction industry.
