Asbestos Removal

As a licensed asbestos removal contractor (LARC), we undertake work to the highest standards ensuring safety is at the forefront of all our projects.

Our project teams have the experience to act as principal contractor during the enabling phase of the project through to construction.

Thermal Insulation

Our trained and qualified thermal insulation engineers can provide insulation on heating and chilled pipework and ductwork services within industrial and commercial premises, reducing heat-loss from new and existing services and HVAC systems.

Gwella’s Insulation Division is vastly experienced and we field a team of qualified Thermal Insulation Engineers and Managers capable of tackling the most challenging of projects.

Minor Works & Maintenance

We undertake maintenance work on both commercial and domestic properties throughout the Devon and Cornwall regions. We have worked within a varied range of sectors, from hospitals to MOD sites to council owned domestic and commercial properties. We are fully-versed in completing handovers to landlords after completing major repairs on floors, walls and many other damaged areas. Gwella’s Fire Door team have been certified to BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Installation & Maintenance standards.

We regularly help our key clients with ad-hoc small works and reinstatement projects, including; raitonalisation work, emergency call-outs, boarding-up broken windows and many other facilities management issues. At Gwella we understand the reactive nature of providing a quick service to enable premises to be returned to normal as quickly as possible, working frequently with various insurance providers.

Pigeon & Bat Guano (Droppings) Removal
