They have the capability to monitor power and energy measurements simultaneously and in real time over a period to suit you. Furthermore, installation of the equipment can be completed without the need to isolate the incoming electrical supply.

Low Voltage Electrical

With specialist experience of installing and maintaining critical electrical systems across Healthcare, MOD, Manufacturing, Education and commercial sites MEC are well equipped to provide solutions across general lighting and power upgrades or more complex installations including generation or UPS.

High Voltage Electrical

Having a detailed knowledge of many Private HV Networks across the South West, MEC provide fault diagnosis, installation, inspection and maintenance to Healthcare, MOD, Manufacturing and Leisure facilities.

Fire Alarms

As a BAFE accredited fire alarm installation contractor, MEC provide a wide range of high-end customers with fire detection system design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services. They provide brand new installations along with upgrades and maintenance to existing systems.

Structured and Fibre Cabling

Whether you’re looking for a Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6a, Cat 7, Cat8 or Fibre cabling installation, MEC’s team of experienced communications engineers can provide services within commercial, MOD, Healthcare and Education settings. All structured cabling installations are supplied with FLUKE test results and 20-25 year manufacturer warranties, while fibre optic installations include fusion splicing and OTDR testing as standard.

Heat, Vent & Air-Con

MEC provide a range of mechanical products, from domestic boilers to commercial steam heating system for clients such as Universities and the MOD. MEC’s local supply chain assist them with delivery including AC, Duct installers and Heating Engineers.

Compliance Services

With an in-house electrical compliance department, MEC provide Electrical Installation Condition Reporting for Fixed Wiring, Fixed Appliances and Portable Appliances. Covering sectors including Healthcare, MOD and Transport, the department can provide survey, initial inspection, verification and remedial works.
