As a multi-disciplinary regional Contractor, a National Skills Academy for Construction and a registered training provider, we are able to offer development opportunities and engage with our partners to help reduce the regions increasing skills shortage. As part of our commitment, we have an annual intake of apprentices who follow our in-house training programme and work within the Group businesses. We also support the training requirements of other local businesses who engage with us through our apprenticeship programme.
