Building Plymouth is hosting a city-wide breakfast event on Tuesday 11 June at Plymouth Albion to help better inform construction and built environment employers about the significant training changes for apprenticeships.
The focus will be on attracting non-levy small to medium size construction enterprises (SMEs) however there will be lots of vital information for levy payers too.
You are invited to book your free place here including a breakfast bap – Booking link
The agenda will focus on the key areas of the introduction to Standards from Frameworks, End Point Assessment, off the job training, CSCS cards, costs and funding available and the process/ steps for employing an apprentice.
The aim of our event is to help local employers better understand (as simply as possible) these changes and implications, and their responsibilities to ensure a successful outcome for the recruitment and training of future apprentices across trades, technical and professional pathways.
