Having formed in 2010, Nevada Construction Limited now provides its services to a broad range of Clients in the Public and Private Sectors. With offices in Plymouth and at other key locations across Devon & Cornwall, we work on projects up to £40M across the South-West peninsula, within a diverse range of markets, including healthcare, education, commercial and historical.

Construction is more than just a business for us, it is our passion, and in testament to this we became 100% Employee Owned in November 2025, a significant step in the evolution of our business. We embrace the challenges and diversity that our industry provides, and strive to offer innovative, technological and sustainable solutions, as we deliver the next generation of buildings for our valued Clients, whilst investing in the next generation of construction professionals.

We are proud to be part of the thriving construction community in Plymouth and are excited about the ever-evolving redevelopment which is transforming the city. Having completed at Derriford Hospital, The Marine Biological Association, Mount Gould Hospital, the Cumberland Centre, HM Land Registry, Tinside Lido and the University of Plymouth, the city is at the heart of our business, and we are steadily expanding our operations, and employment opportunities in the city.
