Vistry Cornwall Southwest build diverse communities in partnership, that create local economic opportunity and enable people to live healthy, happy and sustainable lives where their aspirations are achieved. Delivering homes and revitalising communities is at the heart of what we do. Working with local authorities, housing associations and investors, we create lasting partnerships and deliver vibrant, sustainable places to live.

Social value action plans are developed in collaboration with local stakeholders and investment is used to build capacity amongst existing groups and organisations ensuring local communities shape initiatives that will create the neighbourhoods they want.

We are a hybrid business fusing contracting, land-led solutions and mixed tenure housing delivery. Most of all, we have the people who are committed, experienced in the regeneration sector, knowledgeable of the housing delivery models of Registered Providers and local authorities, and who have the ability to identify solutions to realise our partners’ visions.

Countryside Partnerships’ relationship with Building Plymouth demonstrates our commitment to social value and the development of thriving communities in Plymouth and surrounding areas. We feel that by working in true collaboration with the Building Plymouth team, we can continue to address the construction industry skills shortage, recruiting keen learners in Plymouth of all ages for our innovative Vistry Partnerships Skills Academies.
